Those clocks ticks till this date and just require us give them key in intervals to work. But our electronic doesn’t even long continuously for five years. Even once I had a doubt how such quality clocks could have been made by our ancestors without any modern accessories. I also owned an old clock bought by my great grandfather which is around 175years old. I tried to sell that clock in ebay and I was astonished to find people quoting around 10000$ for the clock. After that I came to know about its value and withdrew the sale. I understood old is gold.
